Learners may wear traditional / cultural clothing on Friday, 23

September. School will close at 12h00.

Transport
We are experiencing problems with some of the transport
providers. They are requesting learners to leave before the
Co-curricular activity ends i.e before 3pm. Lessons or activities are planned for the full hour and this causes a
disruption.
Secondly, some transport providers are not taking Grade R
and Foundation Phase learners home early. These children
are expected to wait in the taxi the whole afternoon whilst
the seniors are still busy. As a result Grade R and 1 learners
are playing unsupervised in the road.

Parents, I would appreciate it if you could discuss these concerns with your transport providers.
Sick Room
Please do not send sick learners to school. Our sick rooms can
only accommodate 2 learners at a time. There are days when we
have over 4 learners in each sick room. Learners are coming
down to the sick room as soon as they arrive in the mornings.

Parents please ensure that all items of clothing are clearly

marked. Please do not accept lost property with someone elses
name on it. This is encouraging theft and dishonesty.
