Dear Ms. Grimaldo,
In our letter dated October 24, 2011, we have given you until October 28,
2011 to update us of your plan and timetable for the settlement of your
account. The Bank has given you sufficient time to settle your obligation.
This serves as our final notice. Unless we receive full settlement of your total
outstanding obligation on or before December 15, 2011, we reserve the right
to institute foreclosure proceedings to protect the interest of the Bank.
Please be reminded that said legal actions corresponding fees, liquidated
damages and other charges shall be for your account.
For our mutual interest, it is still best to resolve the matter before such
action becomes necessary.
Attached is a Statement of Account for your reference.
