ORDER ‘Sub : Increase in the Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance & H.R.A. we. 1* July, 2015, The Board had revised the Special Allowance/Deamess Allowance and House Rent Allowance of the registered Security Guards/ Officers w-ef. 1 January, 2015 to 30* June, 2015 vide this Office Order NoSGB/DA/DBP/2015-1102, dtd. 112.2018. ‘The Competent Authority, under Minimum Wages Act 1948, Mumbai, vide its Onder No.RW/MWA/SA/2015-2/Desk-10, dtd. 06.08.2015 declared the rates of Special Allowance/ Dearness Allowance for the period fom 1* July, 2015 to 3" December, 2015 @ Rs. 2,640.60 pam, In accordance to this the Board has decide! on 11.8.2015 to revise the Special Allowance /Dearness Allowance and House Rent Allowance payable to the Registered Security Guands/ Oificers ofthe Board for the period from 1 July, 2015 to 31 December, 2015. Accordingly the rate of Special Allowance/ Deasmess Allowance ofthe Security Guard Officer is Rs. 2,640.60 p.m. House Rent Allowance @ 10% on Minimum Wages (Basic Wages + Special Allowance/ Dearness| Allowance) 1s also made applicable to the Security Guards/Officers. The rate of Basic Wages, Conveyance Allowance & Washing Allowance are remain same as per the Order ofthe Board Ref. The Principal Employer in the Non-ESIC Zone are required to pay Levy @ 43% on Minimum Wages i, the amount of Basic Wages + Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance. (Over Time Wages should be calculated at double the normal rate, on Minimum Wages. (i. Basic Wages + Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance).
