Dear Mr Chisala,
As discussed on Tuesday, 3rd August 2016, please find below a breakdown of our proposed price
package for Chemicals & Marketing guarding services. We hope that the prices are within a
better range now than before. As noted, we understand you are looking for 8 guards (2
Commissioners & 6 Normal Guards) so these calculations will be according to said numbers
As discussed, we have tailored the final price package to be:
Normal guard: MK50,000/per guard vat excl. MK58,250 vat incl.
Commissioner: MK60,000/per guard vat excl. MK69,900 vat incl.
Per month: 6 normal guards = MK300,000 vat excl. MK349,500 vat incl.
Per month: 2 commissioners = MK120,000. Vat excl. MK139,800 vat incl.
Total: Without vat: MK420,000. With vat: MK489,300.
What we also discussed was a discounted price for the first 3 months which would be along these
lines:
Normal guard: MK40,000/per guard vat excl. MK46,600 vat incl.
Commissioner: Mk50,000/per guard vat excl. MK58,250 vat incl.
Per month: 6 normal guards= MK240,000 vat excl. MK279,600 vat incl.
Per month: 2 commissioners = MK100,000. Vat excl. MK116,500 vat incl.
Total: Without vat= MK340,000. With vat: MK395,500 vat incl.
Savings: Per Month/Normal guard= MK80,000. 3 months MK80,000*3= MK240,000
Savings: Per Month/Commissioner= MK20,000. 3 months MK20,000*3= MK60,000
Total Savings for 3 months = MK300,000.

Proposal for guards

What wasnt discussed was the fact that you may have built certain relationships with your
current guards and familiarized yourself to them, therefore we have a proposal for that. If you
were to confirm our services for the upcoming month, before the 14th of August, we would
approach your favored guards to see if they would come and join us at Security Rescue Team Ltd
to maintain your personal relationships with the aforementioned individuals.
The reason that the date is important is not for our sake but for the guard him/herself. Most
guarding services require their employees to hand in a minimum 2 weeks notification prior to
their departure, therefore we would like to give them ample time to make a decision.
