    Terms of Payments for Jet Airways: -

    For Civil & Interior work excluding chairs and Furniture


    15% Advance against BG (BG to be released after adjustment of Mobilization
    advance start from 2nd RA to till pre final bill)
    10% advance against approval of shop drawings
    25% against completion /erection frame work of ceiling and paneling, civil works,
    flooring work, partition framing works.
    25% against finishing of counter, ceiling, completed flooring and paneling.
    15% against final finishing, paint, polish, disengaging as completed
    5% on 15 days after Virtual completion of the project.
    5% to be retained for defects lability period of One year from the date of handing
    over.

    For Chairs and furniture: 15% Advance against BG


    10% advance against approval of shop drawings
    55% against Delivery at site
    10% against installation
    5% on 15 days after Virtual completion of the project.
    5% to be retained for defects lability period of One year from the date of handing
    over.

    For Services Works: 25% Advance against BG. (BG to be released after adjustment of Mobilization

    55% against Delivery of materials at site
    20% against installation
    15% against completion, testing & Commissioning of systems
    5% on Virtual completion of the project.
    5% to be retained for defects lability period of One year from the date of handing
    over.
