AT OMAR JIBRAN ENGINEERING LIMITED

Overview
3weeks at OJ TDD(MDM) Department were full of learning
and skill development for me at OJ where I have experienced
how professionalism is practiced and how engineering is
implemented. I have observed the manufacturing of
automotive parts via Injection molding process, blanking die,
and machining processes of CNC Milling, Lathe, Wire Cut,
EDM etc.

OBJECTIVE OF INTERNSHIP
General Objective
To observe and learn about the engineering practices in
an industrial environment
To see the application of our Professional studies
especially.

Specific Objective
To objectively observe the molds and dies functioning.
To observe and learn the manufacturing techniques in
the light of our studies.

Things I have done at OJ

Supervised the fabrication of the jigs for Rear and Front
Bumpers of 368-A i.e. Corolla 2015
Participated in R&D activity of door handle of 368-A
Learned CAM in CREO 3.0
Data repairing of Engine Under for Corolla 2016

Good features of OJ TDD Dept.

The staff of TDD (MDM) department is highly professional. All
the members of this department are highly educated and
trained they work in a proper way and follow all the rules
and regulations, that is why this department of this branch is
most professional and highly profitable department of OJ.
