    network.Theusersecuritykeyshouldbeastringwith8to63ASCIIcharacters,eg.apassphrase,or64
    hexadecimaldigitswhichrepresent32binarybytes.
    IfkeyUsageisspecifiedaspersistent,thesecuritykeywillbesavedandusedwhenthehostednetwork
    isstartedagaininfuture.Otherwiseitwillbeusedonlywhenthecurrentornexttimethehosted
    networkisstarted.Oncethehostednetworkisstopped,thetemporarysecuritykeywillbedeletedfrom
    thesystem.IfkeyUsageisnotspecified,itispersistentbydefault.
    Thiscommandrequiresadministratorprivilegestoallowordisallowthehostednetwork.
