Love is patient, love is kind.

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is


not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not
easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5
Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good Romans
12:9

No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in
us and his love is made complete in us. 1 John 4:12
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because
fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made
perfect in love. 1 John 4:18

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and
with all your mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30
Hatred stirs up conflict,
but love covers over all wrongs. Proverbs 10:12

Be very careful, then, how you livenot as unwise but as wise,


making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.

Whoever pursues righteousness and love

whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.
This too is meaningless. Ecclesiastes 5:10
Command those who are rich in this present world not to be
arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but
to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for
our enjoyment. 1 Timothy 6:17
Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath,
but righteousness delivers from death. Proverbs 11:4

In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are
still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Ephesians 4:26-27
My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be
quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. James 1:19
Do not hate a fellow Israelite in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor
frankly so you will not share in their guilt. Do not seek revenge or
bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your
neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord. Leviticus 19:17-18

One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down ones life for
ones friends. John 15:13
