This letter is anticipation for a travel consultant position, which may arise within

My interest in this role stem from my genuine desire to give travel ideas and give
advice to people on their travel destination also to make their holiday a
satisfaction to them. I have extensive experience in customer service,
communication and problem service, having five years of employment history in
this area. Throughout my work history I have displayed excellent organisational
and teamwork skills, which I believe, is crucial working in an administrative
capacity. This is supported by highly developed interpersonal skills and
experience in liaising with a large range of clients and other relevant staffing
personnel.
I am currently completing a certificate III in Tourism at North Metropolitan TAFE.
This means I have gained the right knowledge to work in this industry as I have
learnt the crucial criteria in this field. My employment background has primarily
involved the following tasks: organisational duties, data entry, and coordination of
daily task management and staff supervision. Other relevant skills include strict
adherence to security procedures, processing of client enquiries (over phone,
electronically and in hard copy formats) stock control, maintaining accurate and
efficient cash processing procedures, retail and hospitality industry experience
and manual work.
In terms of my suitability for travel consultant and administrative roles, I am a
team player who is keen to have good friendships with colleagues and consider
myself to be well respected by those around me. As a person who has travelled to
a different country I have experience in different cultures and their society. I have
excellent customer service skills and Im highly efficient with the use of
technology.
