Dear Maithili: This letter is a termination notice for unsatisfactory job performance. On 29 th July 2016, you and the management met to discuss management's concerns about your performance and quality of work. Specifically: 1. Your teaching quality which had been receiving complaints from few parents and students recently. 2. Frequent usage of hand phone during working hours. 3. Constantly complaining of being tired and looking tired during working hours. 4. Based on the observation, you spent most of the time sitting in the class during teaching hours. 5. Lateness on completing your assignments accurately and on time. During our meeting, you did not provide an acceptable or satisfactory explanation on your unsatisfactory job performance and quality of work. We consider that your performance is unsatisfactory and have decided to terminate your employment. Therefore your employment will end on 31st of July 2016. We would like to thank you for all the contributions to our management and we wish you all the best for your future.
