The cash in hand remaining from the subsequent activities shall be used by
the SSG to achieve and obtain their projects for the purpose of the betterment of
the school. Rest assured that there will be follow up reports to be presented

accordingly, for the sake of transparency and veracious governance to maintain the
trust of everyone and as a part of our responsibilities.

In line with fulfilling our troth for the transparency of this years SSG Body, we
the officers are unfeigned to present the partial accomplishment report covering the
period of June 2015 to December 2015.
For the month of June, We conducted the annual Brigada Eskwela before the
opening of the classes that started from___ to ___ and lasted for 1 week. For the
whole duration, the main objective of the project is to clean the rooms and prepare
the schools facilities for the upcoming opening of classes. Students and military
personnels joined forces for sweeping the floor, cleaning the windows and repairing
fixtures. Some volunteers are in charge in laundering the curtains and helping to
maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the school. The whole process of
conducting the brigade is successful and the result was appreciated by the students
when they arrived at school.
On the next month, the project was the acquaintance party. The faculty members
are in charged of the safe keeping of the funds for the reason that involves a huge
amount of money. The SSG officers are just assigned to help in the collection of the
funds for each year level and they remit it right away to a faculty member. We also
helped for some of the designs and to maintain and keep the discipline among the
students while the program is on going. The event was held to help each student to
socialize to one another and to also accumulate some funds needed for the ongoing
construction of the school canopy.
In line with giving gratitude to our dear teachers, we also accomplished conducting
a Teachers Day Celebration to make them feel that all of their efforts are
appreciated. To create an element of surprise, we keep it a secret for the faculty
members that we are conducting a program for them. We give them presents and
token of appreciation to give back for all their noble deeds. It was made successful
with the help of our beloved principal as well as the AFCHS students.

And lastly, to end up the year, as a part of the annual celebration of Jesus Christ
birth, we at AFCHS also conducted our Christmas party to enjoy and give ourselves
a break from the stress of the year. We also conducted a raffle to raise funds for the
main project of the SSG for its year of governance.
All funds collected and all of the expenses incurred are located at exhibit A. Rest
assured that it was assembled and maid with utmost sincerity and honesty.
