SUBPOENAS AT GOVERNMENT
EXPENSE

Defendant.

Defendant David Lee Fry, by his attorney, Per C. Olson, moves the Court for an
order allowing the issuance and service of up to 10 trial subpoenas to be served on
behalf of defendant David Fry at government expense, the costs incurred by the
process to be paid in the same manner in which similar costs are paid in the case of
witnesses subpoenaed on behalf of the government. Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure, Rule 17(b). These subpoenas are intended only for defendant Frys
witnesses, not witnesses subpoenaed on behalf of all co-defendants.
