-There is no longer any limitation of the number of controllers plugged in (prev
iously it was 16).
-Multiple joysticks of the same kind are no longer a problem, each are different
iated at the lowest level possible and so even unplugging/replugging in differen
t USB ports is no longer a problem for correct detection.
-Unplugging/replugging the controllers should work and restore the flight contro
ls. I do not recommend doing that on purpose (it will probably result in AP disc
onnectio etc...), but in case of accidental disconnection it should work.

-Added IVAP and Squawkbox IDENT and STBY/ModeC support through the FSUIPC module
(if not installed, you need to install the FSUIPC support option on the server
computer using the latest FMGS installer).
-Corrected again GPWS mode 4 to have a better sensitivity.
