He drove her to restaurants in the cities of Berkeley (08/08/2016) and Albany (08/13/2016). ‘On Apri 8, 2016, DOE said the dinner conversation tumed sexual in nature. DOE alleges BLACK leaned closer to her and said, "just to be clear, I'm not paying you, but I wll buy you dinner." DOE alleges she and BLACK then returned to the motorhome parked in the parking lot visible from the public street, and engaged in one act of ‘mutual oral copulation. At that time, JOHNSON was a police sergeant with the Oakland Police Department and a family friend of DOE and her mother. DOE alleges that during the Facebook communication, she disclosed to JOHNSON that she had engaged in sex with other members of the Oakland Police Department, some of which occurred prior to her eighteenth birthday. DOE asked JOHNSON not to report this. JOHNSON told her he would not report it. DOE apparently saved a screenshot of a portion of this communication on her cell phone. She sent that screenshot to me as proof of the alleged communication. ‘An examination of message data contained in DOE's Facebook account revealed that screenshot as well as another screenshot that appears to be from the same conversation wherein JOHNSON, while referring to the reported underage sex, says “Tell me you were and adult."
