Abstract
During the long historical periods, cities of different geographical

that it works to contro and organizes to satisfy Man recent and f needs.
Several regulations, legislation and laws effected types of using
Palestiniaa lands, and every period had its stamp and effect upon the city,
that stamp that confirms the rest of these regulations, which our
Palestinian cities are still suffering
The study chose Jeoin, as a model of the Palestinian cities that came under
the mandatory rules and the occupation laws.
Jenin stands on the southern edge of the plain triangle, known as Marj
Jbn Amer, on the lines 28 32 Width, and 18 35-longitude lines, the lines
208 and 177, of the Palestinian lines.
Jenins organizational recent space is 23500 Dunam, With 44699
inhabitants, most of whom work on trade and administrative service& fts
surrounded by the villages of AFJalameh and SandSh on the North Kufiir

Palestinian cities.
Then it canoe to discussing the three Stnzctural Plans of the city; the first
one was prepared during the mandatory British regime, and is considered
as the t principal step for the other plans, which adopted its lines, trying,
somehow, to increase the citys space
The study clarified all the types of usage of all the plans comparing them
all in concern M space and other fields.
The study also, revSed the contradictions of prepping the lands and the
reality, it also cleared the truer usage of the citys land, and the way they
were used by the municipality, and then the study analyzed these plans,
revealing the unfair completion between the different types of usage, this
matter of ct that is encouraged through the absence of supervision and the
factor of the benefits client
Then the study discussed the field analysis of the chosen sample of each
2xea, showing the recent disadvaiitages inside the city, their percentage
and the problems created.by them.
The study discussed in the last chapter, the relation between the origins of
p and the recent reality, the types of services distribution within the city.
c

and confinued the lack of services inside the city.
