I Akkas-ul-Hussaini Son of Mr. Syed Akhtar Hussaini, Muslim, adult,

resident of B / 12 Block L, North Nazimabad Karachi., do hereby make an
oath and state as under:-

That being the authorized attorney of the petitioner, I am well

conversant with the facts of the petition.

That the accompanying application for exemption has been

drafted and filed under specific instructions of the petitioner
company and for brevity sake its contents may please be
treated as an integral part of this affidavit.

That the certified copies of the annexures A to K are not

readily available and the petitioner has applied for certified true
copies of the same.

4.

That whatever stated here-in-above is true and correct to the

best of my knowledge information and belief.
