    SIMPLE LOAN AGREEMENT

    Parties: The undersigned is Mr. Jan Lloyd Cruz, the Borrower, and the
    Lender is Ms. Bhea Halonzo.
    Date of Agreement: February 1, 2016.
    Promise to Pay: Within four (4) months from today, Borrower promises
    to pay to Lender One Million Pesos (P 1,000,000 ) on or before June 1,
    2016.
    Default: If for any reason, the Borrower is unable to pay on time, he
    shall be in default. The Lender can then order instant payment of the
    entire unpaid balance of this loan by giving due notice. If Borrower has
    not paid the full amount of the loan when the final payment is due,
    the Lender will charge Borrower interest on the unpaid balance at 2
    percent (%) per month.
