Please Note: In order to be eligible for Test Corrections, ALL work for the unit
must be turned in. If you have missing assignments, you are not eligible until
missing assignments are due. ALL TEST CORRECTIONS ARE DUE TO YOUR
TEACHER BY THE FRIDAY AFTER TESTS ARE RETURNED, UNLESS
OTHERWISE ANNOUNCED.

Directions:
Test Corrections are an opportunity to earn back points missed on an
assessment. You can earn point back for each point missed. THE MAXIMUM
SCORE YOU CAN RECEIVE FOR DOING TEST CORRECTIONS IS AN 80%.
You must first fold a piece of paper in half. On the left side of the fold, you are to
re-do any missed problem. On the right hand side, you are to write 1-2 complete
sentences explaining what you did wrong on the original test.

Submitting Test Corrections: You must submit test corrections in this order:
