Re: Basic Formation Seminar

This is to inform you that the Diocesan Commission on Worship will

be having a Basic Formation Seminar to be held at the Holy Spirit Parish,
Nepomuceno st.BF Homes Quezon City.
1. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and
for Lectors and Commentators.
On October 22, 2016 (Saturday)
From 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m
Registration fee - P 250
(Inclusive of snacks, lunch, id and certificate)
2. In order for us to ascertain the need to conduct renewal seminars for
Lectors and Commentators and Extraordinary Ministers for Holy
Communion, please let us know of such need in your parishes.
3. For those who need to be guided in their spiritual readings, available at the
parish office are a compilation of liturgical documents volumes I and II at
P250.00 apiece.
