A process strategy is an organisations approach to transforming resources into
goods or services. The objective of a process strategy is to find a way to produce
goods and services that meet customer requirements and product specifications
within cost and managerial constraints.
Every good or service is made by using one of the following FOUR process
strategies:
(a) Mass Customization
(b) Process Focus
(c) Product Focus, and
(d) Repetitive Focus
Your task is to identify an organization in Malaysia or abroad and to study how this
organisation has transformed their resources into goods or services using any one
the above FOUR process strategies. Your answer should contain the following:
1. A detailed description of the organisation or the organisations product/service
you have chosen, including a rationale on why you chose this organisation.
2. Location and timeline of this organisations case study (where and when)
