• Organized and managed of over 100 antisubmarine warfare training scenarios, packages and timelines as
Combat System Training Team member.
• Conducted quality assurance and maintenance of Sonar systems for AEGIS guided missile destroyers.
• Analyzed acoustic signatures for submarine detection as 1 of 2 qualified SONAR supervisors and out of 25
that has completed a 9 month Journeyman training program.

• Responsible for screening and processing over 75 qualified applicants into the United States Navy.

and reduced the loss of man hours of 20 hours per week.
