TASKS ACCOMPLISHED DURING INTERNSHIP

3.1 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping customers in opening saving accounts.

Resolve all clients queries or request for products and services.
Deals with saving account and various debit card, insurance.
Passbook update
Research analysis on advance products of BOI
Comparing advance products with other bank

3.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS HANDLED

1. Helping customers in opening saving accounts
In this role I had been checking the filled saving account form along with appropriate
documents required to open new account.
2. Updation of the customer queries - Customer queries were and change in their contact
details were updated.
3. Research Analysis of advance products of bank with respect to competitors like
sbi, canara bank and icici.
In this role, I was asked to check and analyze the different advance products of bank and the
market status of bank with respect to other banks.

3.3 CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMPANY

As a Finance intern, my contribution to the company was
Data collection from the customers was done as to know about the type of account
they hold, bank products used by them and to know the minimum balance maintained
by the customers in their account.
To generate the leads through the survey.
To find out the reason for using of advance products of BOI.
To find out the services that other bank gives to their customer.
To find out the customer awareness on booming Advance Product market and to find
out the using patterns of the people.
To make the customer aware of the benefits of the product.
