MEMO ON CASH SHORTAGES


This is to fully inform you that starting July 1, 2016 cash shortages are not allowed
anymore. Once 3 cash shortages are committed for each month then it is fully understand
that you will end your duties and responsibilities as cashier or crew respectively.
This memo has been made with basis prior to your cash handling performance last
June 1-30, 2016 wherein almost everyday cash shortage has been committed also based on
period duration between January June, 2016 without full observance or knowledge of the
cause of such action in most incidents and such causes habitual action.
This memo has been made to observed good ridance and honesty in each respective
duties and responsibilities so as to commit less mistakes and to fully understand that it is not
a healthy working environment to have a cash shortage almost everyday.
Thus, cashiers and crews are given an ultimatum of only 3 chances for cash shortages
every month starting July 1, 2016 onwards for this cash shortage issue for them to minimize
and be honest on their duties and responsibilities as cashiers and crews of SEAOIL PHILS
INC., - Maasin Station. Failure to minimize and observe cash shortages will be called by their
attention and will be replaced immediately with the help of their manpower agency SOLID
JANITORIAL SERVICES MANPOWER AGENCY.
This is for strict implimentation.
