3G RNO Job Description:

Must have 5 years Optimization experience.

Swap working experience will be preferred.

Handling and managing the 3G cluster optimization activities

Post swap KPI monitoring and improvement.
Hands on experience on the Accessibility KPIs like PS & CS-CSSR, RRC
Success Rate, RAB Success Rate, Interference KPIs like RTWP, Handover
KPIs like SHO, HHO, CS-IRAT HO, PS- IRAT HO etc.
Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT
Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, Call Setup Success Rate,
Radio Recourse Connection & Radio Access Bearer Establishment Success rate
in his designated area for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing
capacity requests whenever needed.
Responsible for Inconsistencies Checks, Packet Throughput, Parameter
changes & Physical changes.
Responsible for testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.
Managing neighbor optimization Familiar with Huawei OSS tools and DT
tools; TEMS investigation 16.xx, TEMS Discovery 10.0.7, Actix Analyzer, ,
Mapinfo v15 etc.
Extracting and analyzing the 3G worst cells .
Responsible for implementing various 3G Features like Fast dormancy on
RNCs and analyzing and monitoring daily KPIs.
