Imregardless of whether this is @ dodge issue, which for the 2007 there is an extended warranty - for this car a 2008 there is no warranty extension for sub frame rot. Dodge has already confirmed to me that this car has no warranty issues or recalls While you say the partis only @ few hundred dollars - the actual cost to replace both rocker bodies and the sub frame - not even getting into the frame itself which is beginning to rot as wel - the cost to fix easily doubles the value. The most important part of all this is you absolutely knew what you sold me was a junker, and you absolutely attempted to cover this up which is illegal by the way.
