Introduction on DATA

Why is it important to present data if we

can just read it?

First of all, we present data on

charts for the eyes to see and also to
indicate our effort on making this ;
the percentage , angle and even
accuracy.
Secondly, not even us amateurs but
even CEOs, entrepreneurs and
advertiser interpret their analysed
data for promoting theirs are better
than others.
Lastly, it is more interesting for the
audience, having put more than one

elements such as words, pictures,

colours, shapes and many more.

Conclusion
: Concluded that for the drinks
menu Lemonade won the top for
an astonishing number of 18
people that would buy it.
Lemonade served from the Malay
corner for RM1 and last is the
canned drinks with only 3 people
buying it for RM2
: For the foods menu also the
malay corner who selled the Nasi

Lemak won with the major

number of 15 people. While at
the bottom is meehun goreng
for only 1 person who bought it
but we categorised it
with :chicken fingers, milo ice
cream and fruits in a group
called Others in the pie charts

PROCEDURES
On surveying samples

1.
We made the 1 menu
both for foods and drinks
with their prices in a table
form
2.
Each one of us
interviewed 10 random
students but from scale of
grade 7 to 10 (the sixth
person interviewed 10

special students with rm5 as

their budget) total 60 people
3.
We collected the survey
and analysed the
data by adding all the tallies.
4.
Next, categorised it in
foods-only menu and also
drinks-only menu with their
respected numbers.
5.
Lastly, we re-arranged
the items in descending
order to show the highest
bought food/drink

PROCEDURES
On making the pie chart

1.
From the analysed data ,
we count the total for

everything bought separately

from foods and drinks
2.
Those total act as 100%
3.
Using scissor method we
find the percentage for that
item
4.
Next, 100% act as 360
degree angle and used similar
scissor method to find the
angle for that respected item
in the pie-chart
5.
Confirming by adding all
angles to get 360
6.
Small trace of pencil on the
circular Styrofoam using
protractor for the sector of
each items
7. Lastly, Paint those sectors with
diff colours and label them
respectively.
