Grand Champion Trophies will be awarded for: Youth Color Belt Forms, Youth Black Belt
Forms, Adult Black Belt Forms, Adult Black Belt Sparring.
Medals awarded for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners.
Registration: 8:30am-10:00am Black Belt Meeting: 10:00am Tournament Begins: 10:30am
Required Equipment: Mouthpiece, Foam Style Hand, Foot and Head Gear, Groin Cup for Male
Competitors. Foot gear must cover toes.
Divisions: All divided by age and rank as needed.
Board Breaking: Competitors age 7 and up supply their own boards. Boards will also be available for purchase
at the tournament for ages 7 and up, limited quantities available.

Heartland Martial Arts League rules apply and will be strictly followed.
Attitudes or techniques not allowed by these rules may result in immediate disqualification.
