1. Train staff
Having trained personnel to do the tasks of your company ensures that
your employees are working according to your needs and correctly, training
courses that you implement are vital because they keep your staff up to
date and constantly improving, with which can have better performance
and greater achievements.
Currently many companies train their employees, but also other companies
are in charge of this task, the training may be health and safety, some
specific software, implementation of new processes, etc.
2. Recognizes the work of workers
Provide constant feedback on the work of each of your employees while
recognizing what is well done or when the established goals are reached.
Note that recognition does not cost you anything financially and can mean
a lot, and getting the employee feel that their efforts are worthwhile.
Recognizing their daily work generates in your employees feel important
and are an important part for the working group and for the organization,
which will help to continue working to help the success of the company.
3. Provide optimal workplace
The simple fact that your facilities are optimal in terms of space, work tools
and work equipment, provide each member of the organization, basically I
mean that your employees feel comfortable performing their work and

Finally the biggest challenge when thinking about motivating your
