Summary
Real estate activity picked up in Torrance during August as total sales improved 30.1%, median sales price increased 4.2%, and the
sales-listing ratio spiked 60.2%. Moving in the opposite direction, however, were the median days to sell (+3.0%) and net listings
(-18.7%) data points. Year-over-year the months of inventory metric dropped 50% from 2.0 in 2015 in 1.0 in 2016.
