Display costs for BEST Bus Advertising per Month are as

follows,
Rates are negotiable on the basis of quantity taken.
Printing, Mounting and Taxes will be charged extra.
TERMS OF BUSINESS:
1) The payment is strictly 100% in advance.
2) Service Tax & any other taxes shall be charged extra.
3) The B.E.S.T. authorities may change a particular route at any
given point of time
4) If the number of side panels per depot is less than 5 then
additional charges of Rs 100/-per Panel will
be \ applicable. Only 10% photos will be provided for Side Panels
and inside Cove Panels
5) All contracts for less than 1 month of display will attract 50%
surcharge on display charges.
6) The panels will be distributed equally in all the depots. Right
and left panels are in three sizes
Including normal & midi buses in the quantity all sizes will come.
If any specific depot is asked
for, the same if available will be offered at 50% extra on display
charges.
7) Artwork and or vinyl to be supplied by client.
8) Adaptation charges will be extra as per the no. of adaptations
required.
9) Rates applicable for individual client/campaign only.
10) The tariff, Municipal License Fees and taxes can be revised
without prior notice.
11) Any damage to the flex/vinyl displayed is not our
responsibility.
12) There is a possibility of 10% of variation/deficit in panels as
some buses go for RTO passing or are transferred to other depots.
Hence no deduction of payment will be acceptable post Recee/
inspection.
