    To upgrade the MW version, install a TFTP server on a PC and place the version package files in a folder called "zdbfile-zteftp". Create a user called "zte" with password "zte" in the TFTP server. Log into the IDU, enter the PC's IP address, TFTP username and password, and download the boot and version packages one at a time. Activate the boot file first, then the version package after 5 minutes. The IDU will reboot with the new version. Disable CES traffic by inactivating and deleting all CES configurations to prevent abnormal traffic during the upgrade.

    MW version upgrade procedure

    1. Install the tftp server in your PC


    2. Paste version package in to a folder named as zdbfile -zteftp

    3. Open tftp server and create user

    New user User name ztepass word ztedone

    Logging to the IDU & choose following path


    MaintenanceIDU
    Insert IP address (pc ip)
    User name :-(tftp server user name zte)
    Password :-(tftp server PW zte)
    Version Number :-(copy the version number and past click Download need
    download version and boot packages one by one )
    Note: - can download to both site simultaneously

    After complete download first activate the boot file named


    FWNR8000V2.04.01.12
    After 5mins activate version pacaage NR8000V2.04.01.12
    Select Keep the current running configurations after switch and apply

    It will be apper asucsseful massage and IDU will be reboot

    CES traffic disables to overcome abnormal traffic usage
