Assalamualaikum Dato Zuraidah and Board of Director,

Today is our 10 days to be here and I can say that the relationship among us seem
like a sibling. Even there was miscommunication and conflict,all alumni and leader can
handle it properly. As usual, we started our morning vitamins lead by Fauzan. Then, a short
briefing about what will be happened for today. Today is the day where all our projects
should be done at least 90%. Thus, after having our light breakfast, we divided our group
as

we

planned.

We start our last minor project which is paint the school court. The court is for students to
play badminton and netball. Usually in a week, students and teachers will use the court
twice. So we can say that community in this school is active than other school. Thus it is
very helpful to make the court beautiful as we paint the court line with yellow color. It was
very hot and we can't continue it until after lunch hours. Other volunteers paint the Dewan
mini with white color because the wall was dirty and dull. We used two containers of white
paint to cover the certain area of hall. Thus, we want to make sure that Dewan Mini can be
one of the attractive place for community to gather and make any event.
After that, we had our lunch together in common house, and take this opportunity to
discuss about last progress in each project. The impact was all cluster can be prepared
well

for

each

data

integrity

and

post

mission

later.

At 2.30 pm, Emira, Fathima, Fauzan and I started to list out and find the materials
for decorate hall for ASEAN Night. We tried to minimize to use the money and think
creatively by borrowing from School library and our host families. Alhamdulillah, the flow of
preparation was good. The education cluster continued with their last day in teaching for
UPSR drill. Before the class ended, we took a picture together with all 23 volunteers for the
memory that we have. Some students felt sad, but we tried our hard to advise and remind
them to study, be successful and perhaps join us in YSS in future. Some students feel

English is very hard, thus I shared few tips than I learnt from my teacher before, in a day,
try to remember and understand three English words and write up your diary in English.
Personally in my essay I have a lot of grammatical errors, but based on my experience,
they should try and try. In fact, we can improve the quality of education as preferred by
Sustainable Development Goal. Thus, students in rural areas also can improve their lives
as they can go for international job in future.
After maghrib prayer, we gathered for practicing our dance for ASEAN night. There
are two performances, Tarian Rampaian which consist of Malay, India and China dances
and also traditional Laos dance. Most of us involved because none of us have experience
in dancing and interested to learn it. Some of volunteers were decorated the hall with the
theme traditional. Then, we started our post mortem at 930 pm and go back at 11 pm.
