3.1 Organization Structure
Generally, HIMARS consists of four big departments, which are Public Relation
Division, The Education Division, Division of Funds and Assets, Documentation
and Design Division. Each department has its own coordinator and coordinator
deputy. These departments are responsible under the secretary and treasurer,
which are coordinated by the president of HIMARS.
4. Conclusion
After investigating HIMARS by a brief analysis, it was found that there are a lot of
good aspect to be kept and developed by HIMARS and a few things that need to be
considered to fixed. One of them is a time management, every crew or even
member should respect other member better regarding the time accuracy and
should be paying attention to someone whos speaking, leading or in charge of the
meeting. But beside all of that, i found that HIMARSs member has started to have
an awareness because HIMARS itself wants to be the best national organization. The
member starts to get along with each other, from the junior member even to the
precident of HIMARS himself has started to associately intimate to the junior. I can
see it by the progress of HIMARS that developed a refreshing events, one of them is
watch with HIMARS. Its an event where junior and senior members gather to watch
a movie in the cinema, this is a good way to strengthen the relation between the
senior and the junior members so that they may respect each other. Also, HIMARS
has began to show an amazing achievement regarding in terms of organization,
which is being the best organization in Binus University 2015/2016 period. This has
shown a process of realization of the vision and missions of HIMARS.
Every events and projects is the responsible for all of HIMARS Crew
The needs of seeing project reference from the outside to develop a better
project
All marketing and promotion team should negotiate price and ongoing service
agreements with external parties
