Agreement with Deminic Curulli

1.
I will sell you the F&F as listed in my
list basic inventory of the firkin pub but
excluding the pool table.
2.
Mae Redilla will terminate her
registration with the various authorities as
is required by law however she will if
required help you transfer them to whom
ever. Upon completion any reasonable
documentation you require will be
provided.
3.
I will assign, or relinquish, the
lease between Elvie R Martin and me
(Tim Randall) signed 10th January 2012 for
unit A & B on plot TCT 79134. Now known
as the Firkin pub
4.
In consideration of the lease, the F
& F and the goodwill of the above Firkin
Pub you will pay me 800,000 peso. In
addition you will refund deposits and
advanced rents I have paid to Elvie Martin
(landlord). (2 months rent & I think there is

a electricity deposit I have inherited but


will check)
5.
Exchange this week (not later that
19th. Feb 2013) and completion on Monday
March 18th.
6.
Deposit. I clearly need a sensible
deposit as between exchange and
completion I will have to close down my
business. So once an exchange has taken
place you will pay Aus $ 2,500 (100,000
peso) to my UK bank account HSBC UK
account.

The balance of 700,00 peso plus
deposits above to be paid on completion.

I presume you will be here for the
completion and we can sort out Comclark
and Globe contracts. Globe has no real
contact but there is a useful land line with
the package.

9.
Stock. I will hopefully remove all the
stock including bottles and cases on
deposit.
10. Staff. I will clearly have to give notice
to the staff once we exchange meantime
I would prefer them to not know.
