PRONOUNS
v The Definition of a pronoun is: is a word that takes the place of a
noun.
v For example: In the sentence The girl is happy. We can change it
to, She is happy.
FIRST GROUP.
v When a group is talking in first person, together they say, WE ARE
HAPPY! We replace The group, with we.
SECOND PERSON!
v When the narrator is talking in second person, the narrator says Are
you happy? The pronoun here is you.
SECOND!
v The second group tells the First group, YOU ARE HAPPY!
THIRD PERSON.
v In third person the narrator refers to the boy as, he is happy.
Replacing the boy, with he.
THIRD!
v The third person describes the girl as , She is happy! Replacing
the girl, with she.
THIRD!
v In third person, the narrator can refer to a dog as the pronoun it,
instead of the dog.
THIRD!
v When the third person narrator refers to a group of people, we can
replace the group, with they.
