LITERACY focus standards

MATH focus standard

This week we will focus on counting strategies that include
making groups of ten. The tens place is the number of groups
and the ones place is the leftovers (not in a group of 10).

Yellow folders come to school every day.

Read for 15 minutes each night, and
complete Reading Log in yellow folder.
Spelling Practice Homework is due Friday.
The format is different this week, and has
some Math too.
Septembers Family Activity Calendar is
optional, and is due next week.

Parent/Teacher Conferences
It was nice meeting with you during parent/
teacher conferences last week. We are working
on building a community of leaders and learners.
