Respected Maam,

With high esteem it is to inform you that I was not in proper state of health and able to come
at college on regular basis as I was suffering from sore throat and fever and on grounds of
that condition of mine I required complete medical treatment of one week which was
prescribed by the doctor.
I understand that my classes were of utmost importance during this time but unfortunately I
was unable to attend the same. I hope that youll consider my request for leave from 01st
Aug 2016 to 06th August - 2016. I shall be utterly obliged enough.
