Synopsis
The setting:
The production is based in a number of locations within a linear style. I will be
using the bedroom, bathroom and living room of a modern house as well as
alleyways, a car park and a church, all remote areas to connote the theme of
isolation.

The main characters:

Eva: a 20 year old female with a difficult past. A long history of abuse from her
family has led to her copycat actions. Eva is manipulated easily into not taking
her medication and into murdering innocent people by her long-time
acquaintance, Avici, who convinces her its for her own good.
Avici: Evas subconscious. Eva sees her as her 20 year old acquaintance with
similar experiences. She understands Eva and what shes been through so Eva
listens to her and harms a number of people just because she was told to.
However, in reality, Avici is all in Evas head.

Background of the plot:

I will be telling the story of a young female, Eva, with schizophrenia and
depression who has had a very difficult past with parents who were mentally and
physically abusive. The story will follow her life in the present and the past and
show the therapist writing a letter to her boss, resigning after finding out about
what Eva has done.

Summary of narrative:
The therapist is writing a letter to her boss, resigning after she finds out about
Evas killings. She feels as if she hasnt done her job properly as she let Eva stop
therapy because she thought she was doing well. Eva has spent her time
avoiding her medication, running from Avici, her subconscious and killing
innocent people. She starts writing the letter throughout the film as Eva lives her
life with her friend Avici, murdering people against her own will. In the end, Eva
and Avici kill the therapist.
