RE: NOTICE of NEIGHBORHOOD REVIEW MEETING - CPO-7
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 246 +/- Lot Subdivision
Dear Resident:
Pioneer Design Group, Ine. is representing the developer of properties located on the west side of
Rd. more specifically, Tax Lots 950 & 300 of Tax Map INI 17B, as shown by the
‘The Developer is proposing a 246 +/- Lot Subdivision for single family detached
s. This land is within the R-6 and R-9 North Bethany zoning districts. Prior to applying to
Washington County we would like to take the opportunity to discuss the proposal in more detail
with you
‘The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum for the applicant and surrounding property
‘owners/residents to review the proposal and to identify issues so that such issues may be
considered before the formal application is turned in to the County. This meeting gives you the
‘opportunity to share with us any special information you know about the property involved. We
will attempt to answer questions which may be relevant to meeting development standards
consistent with Washington County’s Community Development Code.

either participate with written comments and/or an opportunity to attend a public hearing.
