RESULTS OF 1ST GRADING PERIOD PUPILS WITH HONORS

Proceedings:
1. HRPTA Meeting called to order around 10:20 am by Grade 1 Daisy
Adviser, Mrs.Cheryll Dispo.
2. GPTA Collection of Php 50.00 was discussed by Teacher Dispo and
HRPTA-Treasurer for the proposed project funding of drinking water
station ,pathway for the back gate and signage in front of school.
3. Schedule of GSP ESCODA and Investiture was discussed and will be
scheduled on Sept. 21, 2016, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Pupils are
advised to bring merienda and extra clothing.
4. Results of Reading conducted by the District Supervisor was discussed
by the class adviser.
5. Schedule of Feeding Dishwasher will start on Sept.29,2016. Schedule
will be aligned on the schedule of the remedial of pupils.
6. Voluntary payment of Php 160.00 was also discussed by Teacher Dispo
for the upcoming Science Interactive Show
7. The results of 1st Grading Period, pupils with Honors was presented by
Teacher Dispo.
8. HRPTA President also discussed with the parents the upcoming Idol
Ko, Guro Ko activity. Mechanics of the program is signature gathering
1 signature equals one peso.
9. The HRPTA meeting adjourned around 11:00am.
