INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS 12UNITS US

3cups flour, not self-rising

1teaspoon salt

5teaspoons baking powder

1cup butter, softened

1 1 2cups milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Add flour salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Stir together.
2. Add butter and mash in with a fork until you have crumbles.
3. Add milk and mix well.
4. Flour hands and kneed a few times.
5. Either roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass or tear off a piece of dought
roll in your palms and pat flat.
6. Place biscuits on a baking pan and bake at 475 for 10 to 12 minutes.
