Material

The apparatus used was a unit of Marcet Boiler and water. The unit of Marcet
Boiler consists of a stainless steel pressure vessel fitted with electrical heater, control
panel, a safety relief valve, water inlet port & valve, Bourdon tube pressure gauge,
temperature and pressure measuring devices (thermometer and manometer).

Marcet Boiler
Marcet boiler is a device that is used for the understanding of the basic properties of the
saturated steam of superheated steam. It consists of cylinders surrounded with isolated
substance in its electrically heated boiler which is used to heat up water and to measure both
the temperature and the pressure.
Safety Relief Valve
