Ctcumstances leading to ‘accident are reported as follows. 25 November 2012 Tugboat “Agnes Wer no.‘” in double towing gears arrangement ofthe barge "Masada 18° and “MUL 301" prepared to depart from Shanghai, China for Banjarmasin, Indonesia.
