Public Relations Workshop.

Summary Video.
The video tries to show the skills of that a manager should have in any company
about Public Relations.
We focused the problem in the bad quality customer service.
In our first stage 3 ladies (Natalia, Jessica and Alejandra) went to a long trip and
came to a famous Hotel named Ginas Resort with high expectations about the
services and facilities, because many persons people had recommended them.
But they release noticed that the receptionists (Lupita and Richard) were not
interested in assist their guests.
The 3 ladies had a lot of troubles with the elevator and also they didnt have water
in their bathroom. So two ladies went to talk with the receptionist to inform the
problem, and after they were told that the problem wouldnt be fixed until the next
day, they wanted to speak immediately with the Hotel Manager.
Once they were at the Manager Office, he told them that the problem would be
solved quickly and he would correct the bad attitude of his employees.
Conclusion.
The good management of the Public Relations in any business is very important for
making a good image and perception about the company, to keep the clients
satisfied and increase incomes.
So the Director of Public Relations had to develop different types of skills to take
the leadership of a company.
