Steps:
1. Meet with me for a consultation. Describe what you imagine and bring imagines if you like.
2. I will create a canvas panel(s) based on your ideas and descriptions.
3. I will give you a quote with the price of the wall mural based on:
square feet and detail required
the approximate number of hours designated for the project
additional equipment or supplies that will be needed
3. We will meet again to look at the panel and make changes.
4. Prep your wall and room: fill holes, prime the wall, and move any furniture that might be in the
way (or I can do this for you--you will be charged an hourly fee).
5. I will create the mural on your wall.
6. I will seal the wall.

Prices:
Initial consultation: free
Pre-work/sketches and canvas panel (based on the square feet of the wall to be painted)--see
attached sheet for price breakdowns

Additional C osts:
Specialized Materials: scaffolding, special ladders, specialized paint (ie:
glow-in-the dark, textured), etc.
Hourly rate of $45/hour for:
If changes are made, you will be charged per hour based on the
estimated number of hours in the initial quote
Wall and/or room preparation
Travel Expenses:
$1.00/mile outside of Missoula city limits
Reasonable overnight living expenses if over 1 hour from Missoula (will be given an exact
amount at time of quote).

Paym ent Terms:


The payment for the sketches and canvas panel(s) is due prior to work beginning.
Once the sketches and panel(s) have been approved, you are required to pay 50% of the final bill
based on the quote you were given.
Upon completion of the painting, the balance must be paid.
If an hourly rate is tacked on for changes and/or wall prep, that will be reflected on your final bill and
due at the completion of the painting (this will be discussed with you at the time of the changes and
not as an unexpected add-on)
If money is due because of specialized materials or travel, it must be paid prior to work beginning.
