1. Angel Story Angel! Look out! solve the puzzle first
and then watch the story

new creatures from the story (octopus, jellyfish,
turtle, stone fish, sea snake).
2. Warm-up - to spice things up a little, how about
giving all the usual commands on a musical
background. Ss will dance while also performing the
commands given by the T. Here is an idea of a song

3. Guessing game: tell Ss that you have a present for
them but they will have to guess what it is. Hide
afcd or an object in a hat or a box. Ss will guess what
it is by asking : Is it a?.
4. Tell Ss that our little mermaid from the book, Ariel,
also got a present from her friends, Flounder and
Sebastian. Lets listen to the story and see what she
got. PB page 36 listen to the story.
5. Play the story again, pause recording at pictures
3,4,5 and encourage Ss to answer Ariels questions
( Is it a shell?/ Is it a starfish? Etc). Then act out the
story.

6. A treasure hunt T hides an object or afcd around

the classroom. Then gives Ss a hint of what it might
be (its a colour, its a school object, its a sea
creature etc). Ss have to find out what it is first by
asking Is it a? After finding out, they must quickly
find it.

Lesson 2
1. Hello Song
2. Warm-up all the usual commands.
3. Do you remember Angel, the tropical fish, from the
story Angel! Look out!? Do you remember all the
dangerous creatures that he met? Show them the
fcds and drill the words a bit. Then watch the story
again and name the sea creatures as they appear in
the story.
4. Act out a dialogue give each Ss a fcd with a sea
creature from the story. One S is Angel who goes and
asks the other Ss What are you?. The others will
reply Im a turtle/sea snake/shell etc.
5. Guess the sea creature PPT (the last image is a fish
tank)

6. PB page 37/ ex 8 our friends from the book, Amy

and Max, also have a fish tank. Lets see what
creatures they have in it.
7. Would you like to have a fish tank? What creatures
would you have in it? Lets draw them! PB page 37
ex 9. After this, all Ss will present their drawings.
