Students,

You are receiving this email as your BIOL A288 online course will have proctored exams
this semester and we have not received a proctor request from you. Please submit one form based
on your location. The form can be found at Request a Proctor:
1. Testing in Alaska If you near one of the following locations, there is a preapproved
testing site for you to use. Complete the online form at the link above. Locations include:
Anchorage, Bethel, Copper Basin, Cordova, Dillingham, Fairbanks, Haines, Homer,
Juneau, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Nome, Palmer, Seward, Sitka, Soldotna, Valdez, and Wasilla.
2. Testing at a Remote Location or Outside of Alaska If you are not near one of these
locations you will need to set up an alternate proctor site. This requires you to find a
proctor in your area that suits our posted guidelines and complete the Request a Proctor
form, selecting _I am not near one of the above locations in the Select Exam Site field.
Please submit this form to our office as soon as possible.
3. Testing using RPNow - If you choose to use RPNow, you will need to select _RPNow
(Available to select courses) in the Select Exam Site field. Students must acknowledge
the assessment will be taken in a private isolated setting. This service requires a computer
or lap top (Windows 7 + or MAC 10.8 + OS), a webcam, microphone and a stable
internet connection. Public locations, such as coffee shops and computer labs will be
denied. Please submit this form to our office as soon as possible.
We encourage students to schedule their exams early especially those students in Anchorage
testing on main campus.
