CONTRACT AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
These agreement, made and entered into this______ day of ___________, 2016
at

the

Namagbagan Barangay Hall and between the Namagbagan Barangay

Council supported herewith by the Punong Barangay and referred to as the

implementing agency and the Group no.1 referred to the group leader:

WITNESSETH
That for an inconsideration of the amount of one hundred ninety

thousand pesos only (Php 190,000.00), the parties hereto covenant

and agree as follows:
1. That the group no. 1 shall provide materials and labor necessary for
the proper and faithful completion of repair of lying inn clinic of
Namagbagan, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan.
2. That the group no. 1 shall accomplish the work in accordance with
the corresponding plans and specifiations under the supervision of
the Punong Barangay or his duly authorized representative.
3. That the group no. 1 agrees to covenant work within 28 calendar
days, Sundays and legal holidays included.
4. That the implementing agency shall pay the group no. 1 on a turnkey basis; that is after the project shall have been 100 percent
complete as certified by the Punong Barangay or his duly authorized
representative.
In Witness whereof, the parties aforesaid have here unto affixed their
signatures on the date above first written.
