REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT

1. Seller will be responsible for completion of the repairs listed below prior to the Settlement Deadline.
1a. Install earthquake strap on water heater
1b. Ensure that all of the automatic sprinkler valves function properly from the sprinkler clock.
1c. Have electrical work completed by Platinum Electric as outlined on attached estimate.
2. The property address is 3603 S Hawkeye St. West Valley City, UT 84120

BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT THE CONTRACT DEADLINES REFERENCED IN SECTION 24 OF THE REPC
