Ingredients:
250 grams of pork mince for 1.50

150 ml of double cream for 0.60

Method:
Peel the potatoes with a potato peeler and then wash the potatoes and put them in a
bowl.
Then get your potato grating machine and put another large bowl underneath the
machine. The turn on the potato grating machine and start grating all of the potatoes
you just washed.
When you finished this step then get a clean cooking pot and then get a clean tea
towel and start getting a small handful of your potato mixture on the tea towel and
then close the tea towel, then squeeze the mixture strongly on the boiling pot then you
should start to see some liquid dripping down on the boiling pot. Then when you open
your tea towel you should see some dough of potato inside it, just take that dough and
put it on a clean plate. Continue this method until all of your potato mixture is
finished squeezing.
Once you done that get your dough of potato and roll it out into 4 large oval shapes
then get your mince out and place it on the centre of the 4 oval shapes of potato dough
then wash your hands after this method.
Then fold all the 4 oval shaped potato dough into a 3d curved oval shape.

Once you done that put your folded dough on a plat for a while and get your boiling
pot which you squeezed your potato liquid into and add cold water into the pan so it is
halfway full. Then once you done that place your boiling pot on the hob and cook
your recipe for 50-60 mins.
When it is finished cooking leave it for a while to cool down and start chopping your
bacon into small slices and fry it in the pan till it is golden brown. When you finished
doing that get a pan lid and place it on top of your fried bacon till the main dish is
ready or get the bacon out of the pan and put it in a bowl then in the fridge till your
main dish is ready.
After your main dish is ready take your cepelinai out of a boiling pot with a wooden
spoon and place it on a clean plate.
Then add your double cream on your cepelinai and then add your fried bacon on your
cepelinai, then just drizzle some more double cream on top. Once you finished that
your meal is ready to eat then enjoy!!!!!!!!.
